Contracted to modernize an inclusive place of worship at American University in Washington, DC, Mid Atlantic Contractors designed an inviting space for all to enjoy. The multi-cultural meditation and prayer room design is intended for students of multiple faith to worship in an open and harmonious space.

The sacred space was finished on time for the University in 2018. The remodel included custom-produced Muslim carpeting and high-end chandeliers to complete the sweep for prayer. American University’s online publication, The Eagle, wrote an article about the updated space and its meaning to the students.

Mid Atlantic Contracting was delighted to be a part of the project.
