Remodel of a community pool house in Broadlands, Virginia. Demolition and remodeling of the bathrooms, concession stands, and roof.

Complete interior Demolition and remodel of new roof, concessions and bathrooms to a residential community pool house in Broadlands, Virginia. The project included renovated exterior with a new roof, a modernized bulkhead, new concrete footing on pillars, and a new roof. The interior remodel included new bathrooms with tile work throughout.

In order to comply with code requirements, all the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems were upgraded.  The project delivery was on time – just in time for pool season. Project images courtesy of ASGIDD.
