This project was completed for Naval Surface Warfare Center at the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). Project, design-build, and construction of J-Tower, multiple structures.  Successful execution of projects within this program required continuous communication among team members and agencies assigned to the job. Site work responsibilities and performance obligations specific to the scope of work were completed within the text and cost structure of the award package.
