The Ross Hall medical facility renovation project for our partners at George Washington University in Washington, DC, involved demolishing and remodeling the research phlebotomy lab. As part of the project,  the third floor received new DFH (secure doors, frames, and hardware), extensive millwork, flooring, and furniture completed the redesign project. The lab was built to meet code-compliant laboratory standards, upgraded fixtures, and safety eye-wash stations. Upgraded MEP systems were installed for safety, proper airflow and to help eliminate energy inefficiencies.
