Mid Atlantic Contracting provides construction and building services to universities, colleges, and schools.  Himmelfarb Library at George Washington University underwent demolition and remodel in 2017.  The law school was renovated while it was occupied by students.

Because of our extensive experience in education construction, we prepare to be adaptable on site with as little intrusion as possible. During the construction at Himmelfarb, Mid Atlantic Contracting remained particularly conscientious of the traffic and noise in the shared space and worked around faculty and students.

The renovation of the law school library included new casework, furnishings, finishes, carpeting, and paint changes, as well as a student/faculty lounge.
