The contractor for the Centennial Village renovation, we offer structural improvement, construction, and building services to universities and colleges. Presented by RRMM Architects in Arlington, Virginia, this project included structural upgrades and safety renovations. Our client, the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, required safety modernization to a 36,000SQFT tenant hall in Centennial Village. The project included retrofitting existing dormitories with new HVAC systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout. Centennial Village, also known as “The Nest,” is a multi-building residential tenant community of university housing surrounding a park-like setting in Washington, DC.

In higher education facilities, we have construction managers responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction process. Keeping to college deadlines and completing projects safely is their top priority. Mid Atlantic Contractors completed the tenant hall restoration project at Centennial Village on time.
