Redesign and modernization of Roper Hall at American University were made by our general contracting team to accommodate the needs of the incoming tenant students. The completed tenant interior improvements included a floor remodel to the student lounge, a new kitchenette, and a build-out to include a reception area. Mid Atlantic Contractors also conducted a facilities survey during renovation and repaired/replaced building components necessary for safe student occupancy.

Mid Atlantic Contracting worked closely with project coordinators throughout the project to ensure satisfaction at the job site. Thus, we delivered the tenant interior improvements in 2021 on time and budget.
